About Us
The main objective of the Iranian Scholarship Foundation is to ensure that the second generation of Iranians growing up in the US, does not forget Iran, and is proud of its Iranian heritage.
We firmly believe that the future of the global Iranian community is in the hands of the next generation. If we support our best and brightest students today, tomorrow their influence will affect millions of Iranians around the world.
The Iranian scholarship foundation's main goal is to reach out to and identify the best and brightest Iranian students whom are in need of financial help. By doing so, we hope to provide them with the means of reducing their financial burden while encouraging community service.
Only students whom are already accepted in or will be attending a fully accredited university in the United States are eligible to apply for the undergraduate scholarship at this time. Unfortunately, students in community college or training schools are not eligible to apply.
The Board of the Iranian Scholarship Foundation is hoping to create a postgraduate scholarship for students arriving from Iran to attend an American university. Many of the students are not allowed to receive financial aid from American institutions and would otherwise not be able to come to this country.
The ISF is a 501-3C registered nonprofit organization.
