The Illumination Village is all about ART. We are creating several large art installations. There will be a gallery ofgiant paintings. Everyone in the Village will help with these pieces. One of the many Village oriented works of art will be "Thelittle inside out house w/ the very large chimney surrounded by gianthousehold stuff" or "NOT MY HOUSE" We are asking the members of theVillage to create Giant household items to be placed all around thehouse. Everyone can make anything they want as long as itcould be found in a house. We are also encouraging people to create individual interactive camps.This could be a full blown theme camp or just a game of twister in frontof your tent, it is up to you. Our village is based on the idea that eachcamper is responsible for there own food, water, shelter andtransportation in and out of all there own stuff. As a group we willcreate central village shade, a stage, an art gallery and a sense ofcommunity and help each other out.. There will be bigger Villages and there will be more highly organizedVillages, there are more group oriented Villages and more theme camporiented Villages. We will be camped on the louder side to the left of the Blue Light District. Hopefuly it will not be to loud. If you want to join all you have to do issay you will be there, make some art for the house, or think of some way to make our Village more fun for yourself and everyone else and do something about it.
